We are a Canadian based company and operate in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Our hosting provider Canadian Web Hosting (CWH) company is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

REGISTRATION DATA

If you register or fill out any form on our website, we store your chosen information and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. All information is emailed to the counselling service provider’s email address and it is stored in an electronic format an/or hard copy at company address for security and historical purposes.

CONTACT FORM

Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by CWH. CWH adheres to the Canadian privacy policy and you can find more information about this here: Canadian Web Hosting Privacy Policy.

These submissions are only kept for client service and file keeping purposes according to British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) Code of Ethical Conduct and Standards of Clinical Practice they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
