Video counselling is done via your choice of video platform, and is similar in many ways to telephonic counselling, in that it is useful for patients who are busy, have mobility problems, or are frequent travellers who may not have time to arrange frequent in-person appointments.

The video format also allows the counsellor to conduct a more effective evaluation in an environment that the patient may feel more secure. Patients are advised that video counselling is not a perfect or long-term substitute for in-person counselling, but is a good alternative in some cases.
